In 1998 Hole's used its 1.5 acre trial garden to test over 300 new varieties of bedding plants, roses, vegetables, perennials, and poinsettias. These trials help prove which new plant varieties show significant improvement over earlier varieties. Communication between the greenhouse and the seed companies helps bring only the very best plants to the market. |
